Cynthia Walton

BURST Agency is headed by Cynthia L. Walton, “The Renaissance Woman”, as she is affectionately called by her peers, for the truly innovative and extensive background she has compiled for herself in the entertainment and event planning business.
Starting in Dayton Ohio in 1990, Cynthia as well as other prominent figures in the Ohio Valley quickly realized her ability for producing and executing first class events. Cynthia began designing and formatting events for local politicians such as Congressman Tony Hall, Judge Tony Capizzi and City Commissioner Bootsie Neal; as well as local music artists such as Roger Troutman and Shirley Murdock. This prompted Cynthia to come up with a format for her own events through her own company by the name of ‘Jazze Synsations’, which proved immensely successful; drawing the participation of celebrities who were performing or visiting the Dayton, Ohio area such as Lionel Richie, Gregory Hines, Anita Baker, Boomer Esiason, Ickey Woods, Mike Schmitt, Ron Harper, Edwin Mosses, Mike Tyson, D.L. Hughley, Robert Townsend, Tim Reid, Lou Rawls, Cyndi Lauper, Babyface, Boyz II Men…and many more!
Since 2000, Cynthia has organized and executed many private and corporate events for an impressive portfolio of clients representing companies from all industries. Events for these clients have included golf and tennis tournaments, concerts, celebrity fund-raisers, product launch parties, media tours,  corporate management meetings and all kinds of themed events.
Cynthia’s leadership, strategic planning and coordination with respect to mailing lisst, sponsorship support, production needs, creative consulting, and event staff support, specifically address common oversights in event production. In 2005, Cynthia’s earnest desire for event excellence led her to open BURST Agency, her own full service Entertainment and Lifestyle Management Company.  In her role as CEO & Director of BURST Agency, she has developed a following through her formulated events such as , Bio-Brew,  Artistic Cocktail, and World Bazaar. Though formally launched the year of 2010, BURST Agency has already become a force in the Entertainment and Lifestyle industry by broadening its scope and base of operation. Through Cynthia’s leadership, the company has developed and is currently developing relationships with other service professionals to pave the way for BURST Agency’ s current growth and growth projection.

Henry L. Watson

A Fashion Stylist by choice, Henry fuses exquisite details and design concepts into his styling presentations on a consistent basis. His attention to detail and fashion forward sense makes him a true connoisseur in this art.

In the early days of his career, Henry worked in the retail field where his skills of visualization and presentation were honed incredibly; he mastered the rare skill of making things “look good” for consumers in order to encourage sales and invariably create steady revenue. The pressure was always on to perform and perform at one’s best especially when visual presentation was key.

His desire to work in the fashion industry led him to obtain an Associate’s degree in Fashion Design from Bauder College in Atlanta, GA. Henry sought to advance his career in Fashion Styling and, this wise choice has given him exposure and opportunities to work with some notable names in both fashion as well as media.

Henry has worked as Wardrobe Stylist on various fashion shows for industry designers and major retailers. From July 2007-February 2009, in addition to working as Wardrobe Stylist for a mega-retailer, Henry also styled for the Teen Vogue Fashion Show event (2009) and the BCBG Generations Fashion Show (2008).

His signature styling ability has opened doors for him to work on editorial shoots for some prestigious magazines, namely, the cover shoot for SobeFit magazine with Dr. Sanjay Gupta, CNN Medical Correspondent; with Elle Duncan, Radio Personality, for Jezebel magazine, and for others such as Downloadz magazine, Rolling Out magazine and Kore magazine, just to name a few.

Henry has also worked with celebrity photographer, Drexina Nelson; Factor Agency; Teyana Taylor (Hip Hop star) and many others.

In TV media, Henry has worked as a Wardrobe Stylist for television Pilot shows of “At the End of the Day” and “Dish Dialogues.”

His experience and knack for visual detailing has also earned him the opportunity to work as Display Artist at the Starlight Children’s Foundation fundraiser in March 2009 and at the Mayor’s Masked Ball Silent Auction in December 2008.

As one can readily see, Henry’s repertoire speaks for itself. His ability to quickly grasp a concept and present its fashion equivalent through styling is indeed exemplary. Yet, his journey has only begun and his dreams keep pace with his passion.
